Roastmark ("we", "our", or "us") is a coffee roast tracking app available on Android and the web at roastmark.coffee. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

You can use Roastmark without an account in guest mode. In this case, all data is stored locally on your device and is not synced to our servers. No personal information is collected.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in this policy.
Your roast data is retained as long as your account exists. You can delete your data at any time by deleting individual roasts within the app. To request full account deletion, contact us at the email below.
Roastmark is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us at privacy@roastmark.coffee.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
